Dedicated servers
A physical server for one customer.
FillHost dedicated servers are a single machine, not a shared plan. Hardware, location, and whether we manage it are agreed before anything is provisioned.
What you get
The whole server: CPU, memory, and disks are not shared with other customers. You can take root or administrator access, or ask us to manage the operating system. The configuration is written into the order, not picked from a public price list.
What we do not include
Dedicated servers do not include the free weekly backup that shared, business, and reseller plans include. Backups, restores, and a control panel are optional and quoted. You are responsible for the software you install and for the content the server hosts.
Term
A dedicated server has a minimum term of one month. Cancelling before that term ends incurs an early termination fee of USD 199, as set out in the terms. The 30-day money-back guarantee on shared hosting does not override that minimum term.
