Refund policy

This policy is part of the terms of service. It limits when GNK Services returns money. If a sentence here conflicts with a registry or certificate-authority rule, that rule wins for that product.

30-day guarantee

A new hosting order — WordPress, Linux, Windows, business, or reseller — may be cancelled for a refund of the hosting fee within 30 days of the first invoice. Ask from the contact page. We refund the hosting fee paid to us for that first term, to the original payment method where the payment provider allows it.

The guarantee applies once, to the first term of a new account. It does not apply to renewals, upgrades, or a second order of the same plan.

What is never refunded

• Domain registrations, renewals, transfers, and redemptions.
• SSL certificates that the authority has already issued.
• Any third-party licence or add-on we have already paid for.
• A hosting fee after we have migrated your website onto FillHost at your request. Asking for a migration is a waiver of the guarantee for that order.
• Fees for an account suspended or terminated for spam, malware, illegal content, or any other breach of the terms.
• Fees after the 30th day, including unused time on a longer term.

Dedicated servers and VPS

Dedicated servers and VPS require a minimum term of one month. The 30-day guarantee does not shorten that term. If the service is cancelled before one month, you owe an early termination fee of USD 199. Fees already paid for that month are not refunded.

How a refund is paid

Approved refunds are sent to the original payer. Bank and gateway charges that we cannot recover are not refunded. A refund can take up to 15 business days after we approve it, plus the time your bank takes to post it. We may refuse a refund request that does not come from the account holder.

After 30 days

You may cancel at any time so that a later term does not renew. Payments already made are not refunded and are not credited, unless a statute requires it. Cancelling does not erase unpaid invoices.
